Tale Of Humor - The Hunters Of Legacy

"Last time we left Toddi and Raccoon Alex when they discovered that they

had fallen into a trap that the green pigs had set up. This is the second

part of the story..."

Alex loaded the slingshot with the rocks he had in his pocket, and fired it

against the Pig-King. A smaller green pig jumped in the way and was destroyed.

Raccoon Alex cursed silently.

"This will not be easy. Yet again we stand in front of a challenge" said Toddi.

Raccoon replied, "Tell me about it, we are fucking screwed this time comerade!"

They looked at each other, and started to chant their battle cry.

"We will not fail. We will not bow down. We will win, we will not show mercy.

Because we are the Hunters Of Legacy, WE WILL BE VICTORIOUS!"

The castle started to shake, and the door behind them was blown up.

Raccoon Alex yelled: "The birds. The birds are here!"

The black bird Bonifa stood in the doorway. "We heard your battle cry and

came to your assistance. Raccoon Alex, my birds are yours to

command!" he said. Raccoon loaded one black bird into the slingshot and

fired it against the King. It landed right in his face and blew up.

Toddi said: "I say Alex, jolly good shot, mate!"

At last the king was dead, or so they thought. When the dust settled,

they discovered that it was just a decoy. "Dammit!" said Bonifa.

Alex replied, "We will get them next time!" They got out of the castle, and

hurried back to the hide-out.

At the dinner table that night Raccoon Alex said:

"This was a small, yet satisfying victory, Toddi"

"Yes, it certainly was, my friend. It certainly was.." Toddi replied.

The next morning, Alex got back after getting his usual morning walk,

only to find the place destroyed. He got inside. He was shocked to find

Toddi lying on the floor hurt. He rushed over to his side. He tried to reach

Toddi, but he was uncousious. "My friend, I know you told me never to use

my raccoon powers ever again, but his time I must, to save your life!"

Raccoon Alex started to chant prayers on his native language, and started

to glow red. A bright god-like light lighted up the room, and Toddi woke up,

only to find his companion lying on the floor exhausted.

He picked him up and laid him on the couch.

"Thanks Alex.." was all he could say when he saw the little guy lying there.

Two hours later, Alex woke up. He turned to Toddi. "How long was I out?"

Toddi replyed, "Long enough".

There was a knock on the door, and Raccoon started to growl at the door.

Toddi picked up his cannon and went to open the door. It was Bonifa!

"I bring good news! We tracked those green monsters back to their hiding.

Their location, is their main capital, The Kingdom Of Pigs!"

Toddi turned to Alex, and asked: "You ready?"

Alex limped over to his side. "Lets roll!"
